Maple products and raw honey

Our old-growth sugar maples, our mineral rich soil and the warm sunshine all add up to nature’s perfection for producing amazing maple syrup at our farm.  We are a micro-producer with a very limited production, to make you the best maple syrup available.

Our sugar bush offers two grades of maple syrup:

Amber:   

Our trees have an Early Harvest that offers a unique amber flavour. This sap only runs for the first couple of days of the season each year.  Our Early Harvest syrup has a buttery-carmel flavour and is truly special.   

Dark

Our dark syrup is robust and offers bold maple flavour.  It is preferred by many bakers and those who have their own “meat smoker”.  The rich maple flavour of our dark maple syrup is a must-try.  Others, like us, just prefer dark due to its rich taste.  We have very limited supply of dark each year.

We offer our dark maple syrup in 1 litre bottles only.

Another one of our amazing family recipes! Everyone tells us our maple butter is extra creamy and so smooth … it’s our #1 best-selling product!!  We typically sell out after every Farmer’s Market or event we attend.  Our customers now pre-order to ensure they get the number of bottles they want.

My favourite way to enjoy our maple butter?  Smother it on chicken/ribs/salmon or even brie cheese and bake it in the oven.  Don’t forget to sprinkle the maple pecans for an “over-the-top” decadent touch. Many people love to simply enjoy it on toast / scones or even on pancakes.  Its great on ice cream too.…  So many options!

These are made using our family recipe.  What could be better than roasted pecans smothered in 100% pure maple syrup with a pinch of salt?

These are a wonderful addition to any charcuterie board. They are fantastic on ice cream.  My personal favourite: Add maple pecans as a finishing touch on maple chicken or maple-soya salmon.  Ask us for the recipes!

Our honey bees enjoy all 200-acres of our farm property.  From our maple forest to our farmer’s fields and everywhere in between. Our hardworking bees produce all natural, raw (unpasteurized) honey.  Rich in nutrients,  our minimal processing technique ensures natural enzymes, antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, remain undisturbed. We also offer a limited amount of honey with “extra pollen”.
