About Us
Our 120-year-old farm and mixed-wood forest are a 200-acre paradise for clean living, healthy eating and producing excellent quality handcrafted maple and honey products. Our farm is located in one of the best maple syrup producing regions of Ontario (Algonquin District).
We are a “micro producer” with very limited production. Our pure maple syrup and artisanal products are crafted using family recipes. Old-growth sugar maples, our mineral-rich soil, and our naturally growing wildflowers all add up to nature’s perfection for maple syrup and honey production.

A Family Effort
While Bill and Sandra Brown are the backbone behind our whole operation, every year our family and friends come together for a lot of hard work and some great memories. Our team makes our products with love and care. We offer handcrafted superfood using our family recipes.
Wood burning evaporator
Our wood-burning CDL evaporator roars to over 220F to convert our maple sap into our delicious maple syrup.
Our maple butter and maple pecan recipes were handed down to us by Bill’s French-Canadian mother, Jeanne.
She grew up with maple syrup in her blood with a long family history of maple producers in Québec. Bill’s father’s family, from Elgin / Smith’s Falls, ON also used to make their own maple syrup.
Sustainability and stewards of this land
Our family is constantly assessing the land and practices to better protect and conserve our natural resources for this and future generations.
