Smother it on chicken/ribs/salmon or even brie cheese and bake it in the oven. Don’t forget to sprinkle the maple pecans for an “over-the-top” decadent touch. Many people love to simply enjoy it on toast, scones or even on pancakes. It's great on ice cream too.… So many options!

We prefer to keep our prices reasonable. Unfortunately that means others have tried to buy our product, rebottle it using their own labels, and sell it at a much higher price. That’s just not acceptable. Now, we only sell regular bottle sizes to prevent this.

This is a family secret that only my French-Canadian Mother-in-Law, Jeanne Brown (née Grimard), knows! She grew up with maple syrup running through her veins with a long family history of producing maple syrup and maple butter in Québec. Bill's father's family also used to make maple syrup in the Elgin/Smith’s Falls, ON area.

We are “micro-producers” of all natural maple and honey products. We sell our products mostly at local Farmer’s Markets, Maple Syrup Festivals and on our farm. This is the best way to get to know and buy directly from the producers… Us!.

Unopened, pure maple syrup can last indefinitely when stored properly in a cool, dry place. However, for best quality, it's recommended to consume it within a year, as prolonged storage can cause the colour to darken and the flavour to diminish slightly. For storage longer than two years, freezing it is the best way to preserve its flavour and colour.
Once opened, it needs to be refrigerated as it is an all-natural product. It will last 6-12 months in the fridge once opened.

Our maple butter is 99.99999% maple syrup only. We add a teaspoon of butter to a massive vat of maple syrup to reduce frothing. How do we get it thick and smooth? That’s the emulsifying process, we whip it for hours and hours until it’s perfect.
